What we eat plays a much bigger role in our health than we ever thought. New research shows food’s effects go beyond gut health, influencing hormones and even preventing chronic disease. After facing her own health challenges, Dr Camilla Stokholm set out to uncover how diet shapes well-being. What Your Doctor Eats distills her findings into a practical guide for anyone looking to improve their health through nutrition and lifestyle changes.

Blending scientific insights, personal anecdotes, and myth-busting facts, this talk explores the latest discoveries in nutrition science, from genes to diet culture. Dr Stokholm reveals how the right foods can enhance mood, sharpen the mind, and promote longevity. This is everything your doctor wishes you knew about health.

Doors open at 7pm, talk starts at 7:30pm - come down early and get a good seat!
