My Eyes! My Eyes! Presents ‘Desolation Centre’ (2019) + Live Q&A

It's our absolute honour to be screening Liam Gavin's truly brilliant 'A Dark Song' with Gavin at one of our favourite venues.

I hate to limit describing this as a 'Horror' film but we're screening it as a Hallowe'en treat so we kind of are. It's an intense single location, two-handed thriller with intense rituals starring (one of our old favourites) Steve Oram as Soloman with the wonderful Catherine Walker as Sophia. They have a lot of past to deal with and the script gives the two stars a rare opportunity to really develop these dysfunctional characters to the absolute fullest. Intense stuff.

We have a bar within reach to help steady those nerves and they do great food so get there early and load up. We will chuck in a nifty little short to start with, make some limited edition badges and a raffle along with Q&A with Liam.

Southwark Green Party brings a stacked night of stand-up to MULTI STORY, raising funds while keeping things sharp, funny and very South London.

Headlined by Sunil Patel (as seen on Live at the Apollo, Comedy Central and a regular on the UK circuit) and hosted by Alexandra Haddow (BBC Radio 4, Edinburgh Fringe regular), with sets from Jack Barry (touring comic and writer for BBC and Channel 4), Jamie Finn (fast-rising circuit favourite) and John Meagher (award-winning comedian and festival regular), plus a special guest still to be announced.

Expect big laughs, smart takes and a room full of good people.
