Embrace your uniqueness and let your voice shine bright at a poetry night that inspires the courage and creativity of the diaspora.
Calling all the rebels, misfits, and trailblazers! For the first time ever, Outcasts on the Mic is putting on a special night to celebrate Eid in true South Asian style! Expect an evening of poetry, stand-up comedy, live singing, henna, a jewellery stall, and the best desi snacks – all curated for the diaspora.
What is Chaand Raat?
Chaand Raat is the night the moon is sighted, marking the end of Ramadan and the joy of knowing Eid is here. It’s a time of celebration, last-minute shopping, and getting dolled up for the festivities. While we’re hosting this event well before Eid, we’re bringing that same magic of connection, culture, and joy to our stage!
Featuring an incredible pre-set lineup of artists
No open-mic this time – just sit back, enjoy, and celebrate with us
Two ticket tiers available: with food & without
Doors open at 7pm (post-Iftaar), show starts at 7.30pm sharp

Join us for a night of poetry, laughter, music, and community – let’s make this Eid unforgettable!
